The listed prices are final and already include commercial usage rights. No additional fees are required for monetization.

Work process: Sketch (you can revise it 2 times) > Confirm the sketch > Pay the first half > Line drawing > Coloring > Separate the parts > Organize the files > Pay the other half > Get your PSD file

Once the final sketch is confirmed, major design changes will not be allowed. If a complete redesign is requested, additional fees will apply.

The artist does not accept character design requests.

The client must credit MillYBilL as "Mama" or "Illustrator" on all platforms where the model is used.

If the commissioned model is intended for use on an adult-content account or channel, the client must inform the artist beforehand.

The artist reserves the right to decline any commission requests deemed inappropriate or beyond the accepted scope of work.

Work will begin after a 50% upfront payment of the total commission price.

To reserve a commission slot, a $30 (or equivalent) deposit is required. This deposit is part of the total commission price and will be deducted from the final payment.

The remaining 50% must be paid before the final files are delivered.

Once work has started on the client’s commission, the deposit is non-refundable.

If the client decides to cancel the commission while work is in progress, a proportional fee will be charged based on the work completed.

If the artist or rigger chooses to cancel the project, the client will receive a full refund of the deposit.

The estimated completion time is 3 weeks to 2 months, depending on the complexity of the model.

If delays occur, the artist will notify the client in advance.

Final files will be delivered via Google Drive. Clients must download and store their files, as all commission files will be deleted on the 1st of each month.

Clients may request up to two free revisions during the sketch phase.

Additional revisions beyond the free limit will incur extra fees, depending on the complexity of the requested changes.

Once the sketch has been confirmed, no major design changes will be accepted.

The artist retains full copyright, intellectual property rights, and ownership of the work. This includes the right to display, publish, and use the work for promotional purposes on:

The artist has the right to showcase work-in-progress images unless the client requests confidentiality through an NDA agreement.

The client receives exclusive, non-transferable usage rights for both personal and commercial use.

The client must credit MillYBilL in all instances where the model is used, including but not limited to:

The client may not claim ownership of the artwork or falsely present themselves as the creator.

While the client has commercial usage rights, the artist retains full copyright and intellectual property ownership.

The use of commissioned works for AI training or AI-generated content is strictly prohibited.

Reselling, modifying, or redistributing any part of the model is not permitted.

If the client requires complete confidentiality regarding work-in-progress images and final deliverables until they choose to reveal the project, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be requested for an additional fee of 10% of the total commission price.

Only original character designs will be accepted. Commissions based on existing VTuber designs or copyrighted characters will not be accepted.

Clients who violate any of these terms will be blacklisted and denied future commission services.

หากโมเดลที่สั่งทำ มีแผนที่จะใช้ในช่องหรือบัญชีที่มีเนื้อหาสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ ลูกค้าต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธคำขอที่ไม่เหมาะสมหรือไม่อยู่ในขอบเขตงานที่รับ

นักวาดจะเริ่มงานหลังจากได้รับชำระเงินมัดจำ 50% ของราคางานทั้งหมด

การจองคิวคอมมิชชั่นมีค่ามัดจำคิวล่วงหน้า 1,000 บาท ซึ่งเป็น ส่วนหนึ่งของราคาค่าคอมมิชชั่นทั้งหมด

ส่วนที่เหลืออีก 50% จะต้องชำระก่อนส่งมอบงาน

หากลูกค้าตัดสินใจยกเลิกคอมมิชชั่นระหว่างกระบวนการทำงาน จะมีการคิดค่าบริการตามสัดส่วนของงานที่ดำเนินการไปแล้ว

ในกรณีที่นักวาดหรือผู้ทำ Rig เป็นฝ่ายขอยุติโปรเจกต์เอง ลูกค้าจะได้รับเงินมัดจำคืนเต็มจำนวน

ระยะเวลาทำงานโดยประมาณอยู่ที่ 3 สัปดาห์ - 2 เดือน ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับรายละเอียดและความซับซ้อนของโมเดล

หากมีเหตุให้ต้องปรับเปลี่ยนระยะเวลาส่งมอบ นักวาดจะแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบล่วงหน้า

ไฟล์งานจะถูกจัดส่งผ่าน Google Drive ลูกค้าต้องดาวน์โหลดและสำรองข้อมูลด้วยตนเอง เนื่องจากไฟล์จะถูกลบในวันที่ 1 ของทุกเดือน

ลูกค้าสามารถขอแก้ไขแบบร่างได้ฟรี 2 ครั้ง

หากต้องการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม หลังจากใช้สิทธิ์แก้ไขฟรีแล้ว อาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม ซึ่งขึ้นอยู่กับขอบเขตของการแก้ไข

หลังจากยืนยันแบบร่างแล้ว จะไม่สามารถแก้ไขดีไซน์ใหม่ทั้งหมดได้

ลูกค้า ไม่มีสิทธิ์อ้างว่าเป็นเจ้าของผลงาน หรือนำไปกล่าวอ้างว่าเป็นผู้สร้างเอง

นักวาดยังคงถือครอง ลิขสิทธิ์และสิทธิ์ในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา แม้ว่าลูกค้าจะได้รับสิทธิ์ในการใช้เชิงพาณิชย์

ห้ามนำผลงานไปใช้ในการฝึก AI หรือสร้างเนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ AI

ห้ามขายต่อ ดัดแปลง หรือแจกจ่ายบางส่วนของโมเดล

หากลูกค้าต้องการเก็บข้อมูลของคอมมิชชั่นเป็นความลับจนกว่าจะเปิดตัวโมเดล สามารถขอทำข้อตกลงไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูล (Non-Disclosure Agreement - NDA) ซึ่งมีค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติม 10% ของราคางานทั้งหมด

รับเฉพาะตัวละครที่เป็น Original Character เท่านั้น และจะไม่รับงานที่มีการอ้างอิงดีไซน์จาก VTuber ท่านอื่นโดยตรง

หากมีการละเมิดเงื่อนไขข้างต้น ลูกค้าจะถูกขึ้นบัญชีดำและถูกปฏิเสธการให้บริการในอนาคต
